As adults, we spend A LOT of time working. And little time #playing or connecting in with our playful self.
Time to turn this on its head. You have worked hard - now it is time to play harder!
Kids learn best by playing. I would beg that adults do too. It is not only FUN, it takes the pressure off “getting it right” - whatever “it” is. It allows for #experimentation, lots of “#failures” without failing - and so much more.
Oh there is so much more I could have said in this video about playtime....like how it can help us expand our horizons, break old patterns, see life from a new perspective or find hidden parts of ourself that want to be part of our everyday life.
What opens up in us when we allow some #playtime?
Or when we allow ourselves to take on a #roleplay that ain’t our normal self?
Or when we combine the two? What new possibilities, perspectives and ways of being emerge?
