In the last post, I talked about how an amazingly easy tool has a lot of ROI: Rewires.  Here are some power packed Rewire Examples.  I LOVE reading this list to myself – I feel all tingly and happy afterwards!

REWIRE EXAMPLES:

  • I AM a VALUABLE person.self-love-healthy
  • I AM WORTHY of Self-Love and Self-Care.
  • I am grateful (love/adore/give thanks) for my body and what She has allowed me to do so far in my life.
  • I look forward to a long, healthy and happy relationship with my Self.
  • I am glad I’m a woman.
  • I have a positive outlook on life and can portray it to those around me.
  • I am be proud in my appearance and in what I accomplish each day.
  • I think of what the next step is for now and take it with confidence and energy.
  • I do enjoy moving my body daily.  This is how I enjoy moving my body (walking, jogging, dancing, playing with the kids, acroyoga, yoga, hiking, tennis, etc.)
  • I create a flexible rhythmic routine that will honor my moon cycle and my body’s cyclical needs, and help my family to understand the vital importan
    ce of the cycles of life in their own life.
  • I touch and speak of my own body with love, gentleness and kindness to awaken ALL of my senses and sensuality.
  • I deliberately create my life.
  • I discern and TRUST my inner voice.
  • I access my deepest TRUTH by listening daily.self-love-child
  • I speak my deepest TRUTH with humbleness and assertiveness.
  • I honor my own needs/boundaries and those needs/boundaries of others.
  • I speak my boundaries.
  • I have my own experience of life while allowing others to have their own experience independent of me.
  • I let go of my need to control others, especially my kids (when it is age appropriate).
  • I let go of my kids so they can “fall” and learn from their own experiences, eventually allowing them to fly on their own.
  • I do have my Mama Wolf Voice and know when and how to use it with my kids.
  • I am finding my own Mama Wolf voice that will allow my kids to grow into their best.

REMEMBER – saying these out loud or using your smartphone to play them back to you allows your brain to release Oxytocin, allowing you to connect to the inner YOU!
